Job summary

Springwood Sports Club in NSW is seeking a Bar, Gaming and Reception Attendant. You will join our front of house team to deliver friendly service across the bar, gaming floor and concierge desk, helping create memorable moments for members and guests.

This permanent part-time position offers above‑award wages with late penalties, guaranteed hours and paid leave. You will need NSW RSA and RCG or be willing to obtain them, with a flexible approach to trading hours (10am–2am) and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency card or willingness to obtain
• Current Advanced RCG or willingness to obtain
• Flexibility to work across the Club's trading hours (10am-2am) including late evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A genuine passion for customer service and exceptional customer service skills
• A "can do" attitude with the ability to work seamlessly as part of a large team
• The ability to keep calm under pressure
• A high standard of personal presentation
