Job summary

Mingara Leisure Group is seeking motivated hospitality staff for part-time roles including bartender, waitstaff and receptionist duties at Lantern Club on-site near Roselands. The role offers paid leave entitlements and guaranteed hours within a lively hospitality team.

Applicants must hold NSW RSA/RCG, or be willing to obtain Advanced RCG, and be flexible across trading hours (10am–4am), including late evenings, weekends and public holidays. Competitive above-award wages offered.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency card
• Advanced RCG or willingness to obtain
• Flexibility to work across the Club’s trading hours (10am-4am) including late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for customer service

Responsibilities

• Front of house teamwork across Bar, Gaming and Concierge departments in a fast-paced environment to create memorable moments.
