Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of full Australian Working rights.
• Based in Perth or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance).
• 1–2 years of bartending or related F&B experience.
• Valid RSA certificate and knowledge of alcohol service.
• Strong mixology skills and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management, especially during peak hours.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude in all interactions.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain bar operations: stock, glassware, perishables for seamless service.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor product quality and manage inventory for beverage items.
• Address guest concerns professionally and maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
