Qualifications

• Over 1 years proven experience in bar, busy modern restaurant or bar.
• Exceptional customer service and strong guest interaction abilities.
• Skilled multi-tasker with an eye for detail and ownership mindset.
• Enthusiastic and approachable, delivering a unique guest experience.
• Knowledge of wines, beers and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Work across two bar areas as needed.
• Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, promote promotions, upsell.
• Welcome guests and set a positive tone for their experience.
• Own the bar: manage stock, inventory and equipment, keep space clean.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Collaborate with restaurant team for seamless service.
• Ensure proper storage of beverages and equipment and minimise waste.
