Job summary
DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge, in Perth, WA, seeks a Bar Attendant to craft cocktails, serve beverages, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a lively hospitality setting.
You’ll join a team that values integrity, leadership, and teamwork, with on-site growth opportunities and global travel perks. RSA certification and 1–2 years’ F&B experience are preferred, along with Australian working rights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of full Australian working rights (sponsorship not offered).
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate.
- 1–2 years of bartending or related F&B experience.
- Valid RSA certificate and knowledge of responsible service of alcohol.
- Strong mixology skills and knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and time management during peak hours.
- Familiarity with health, safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
Responsibilities
- Delight guests with upbeat, friendly attitude in all interactions.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain bar operations: stock, organization, and perishables.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Monitor product quality and inventory for freshness.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
- Prepare and serve beverages: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
- Maintain bar operations: Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service
- Process payments efficiently and accurately: Use the point-of-sale system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
- Monitor product quality: Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
- Address guest concerns professionally: Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
- Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
