Job summary

The Ivory Waterside Tavern and Marina in Tweed Heads is seeking a Level 2 Bar Attendant. You'll join a busy, friendly team and deliver top bar service, cocktail preparation, and beverage knowledge across beer, wine and spirits.

The role offers flexible hours with days, evenings and weekends. Training is provided, with opportunities to gain experience in gaming and TAB operations, plus food service including counter, function and table service.

Level 2 Bar attendant, adult rate (junior rates may apply in food service)

After 7pm and overtime loadings also apply, higher rates for Gaming, Tab/Keno operators.

We have flexible hours of work available to suit those looking for a variety of work options to suit their needs. A combination of days, evenings and weekends are available.

You'll learn skills in bar service, cocktail making, beer, wine and spirit appreciation, food service including counter service, functions and table service plus opportunities for gaming, admin and TAB training if desired.

If you have some prior experience that's a bonus but full training can be provided to enthusiastic applicants. Having a bright and easy smile, being well mannered, great at making eye contact andgreeting customers will go a long way in this role.
