Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking a Banquet Attendant to deliver personalised F&B service across events from meetings to weddings. You’ll set up and break down spaces, coordinate with Banquets, Culinary and Events teams, and ensure impeccable presentation for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banquets, events or food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
• A warm, professional, and proactive approach to guest interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and a natural flair for hospitality.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.

• Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipating needs and providing thoughtful, tailored service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings and dietary considerations to assist guests.
• Assist in the preparation and resetting of event spaces for consecutive functions throughout the day.
