Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking a Concierge Clerk to support our concierge team in delivering highly personalised, anticipatory service for guests. What you will do

• Provide personalised assistance and recommendations to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.

• Arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on local attractions, events, and points of interest.

• Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring seamless experiences.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options

• Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software.

• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and grace.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
