Zone IT Solutions Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Release Lead to own planning and coordination of releases for a banking migration program, ensuring a smooth transition to production with minimal disruption.

You will manage release calendars, cross-team dependencies, and Go/No-Go reviews, coordinating with business, data migration, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in release management within banking or financial services.
• Experience supporting complex migration or technology transformation programs.
• Strong planning, stakeholder coordination and risk management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Own the release calendar, deployment plans and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate application, infrastructure, testing, data migration and business teams.
• Confirm release readiness, including testing completion, data reconciliation, operational readiness and required approvals.
• Coordinate cutover rehearsals, deployment activities and rollback planning.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go reviews and ensure compliance with banking change management processes.
• Manage release risks, issues, stakeholder communications and escalations.
• Coordinate post-release validation, hypercare and handover to operational support.
