HWLE Lawyers in Australia seeks a driven Banking & Finance lawyer with 2–5 years PAE to join its expanding practice led by a recently appointed partner. You will work closely with senior practitioners to handle high-profile securitisation, structured finance and debt capital markets transactions, gaining early responsibility and client exposure.

You will advise major banks, financial institutions, non-bank lenders, funds and government investors, contributing to deal structuring and ongoing

Competenze

Admitted lawyer with approximately 2-5 years PAE (flexible).
Experience in Banking & Finance, Capital Markets or Structured Finance.
Exposure to securitisation, structured finance and debt capital markets.
Strong drafting, analytical and technical legal skills.
Ability to manage transaction workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
Commercial mindset for sophisticated financing structures.

Mansioni
