Job summary

Colinton Care Home in Edinburgh is seeking a Registered Nurse on a bank contract. You will assess residents, administer medications, monitor wellbeing and ensure plans are followed, working closely with the wider care team to maintain exceptional standards of care.

This role requires a valid NMC PIN, with previous care home experience preferred. PVG, pension and uniform are provided; 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full-time contract is included.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN.
• Previous nursing experience in care home or healthcare setting beneficial.
• Strong clinical knowledge with confidence administering medication and supporting care planning.
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions amid changing needs.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families and colleagues.
