Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Care to promote holistic, client-centred care across the Cairns region, including Northern Beaches, Tablelands and Gordonvale. You will assess, prevent, refer and promote health, while adhering to Consumer Directed Care principles and organisational policies.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, be registered with AHPRA, and demonstrate strong clinical assessment, medication administration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required with Nursing/Healthcare preferred.
• Minimum experience as a Registered Nurse in hospital, clinical or residential settings is advantageous.
• Must be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Strong knowledge of clinical assessment, medication administration and quality care services.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and delivers holistic care aligned with Consumer Directed Care principles.
• Delivers safe, evidence-based nursing care to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory policies and ACFI funding requirements.
• Forms and reviews care plans, delves into case conferences when needed.
