Job summary

Brumbys Bakery Secret Harbour is looking for a Store Manager to lead reopening and day-to-day operations of the Secret Harbour location. You will drive guest experiences, brand standards and store performance while building a capable team.

As the Store Manager, you will manage rosters, inventory, merchandising, safety and reporting to ensure a smooth reopening and sustained store success in a busy bakery retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail/hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage daily store operations.
• Understanding of store KPIs, inventory, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reopening and ongoing day-to-day operations of the store.
• Deliver warm, friendly customer experiences to encourage repeat business.
• Drive store sales, profitability, and operational standards.
• Oversee product availability, presentation, freshness and merchandising.
• Set clear expectations, build a positive, accountable culture and safety focus.
• Manage rosters, labour costs, inventory, ordering and waste.
• Maintain food safety, WHS standards and store cleanliness.
• Oversee daily reporting, banking and end-of-day procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
