Brumby’s Bakery is seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead our Secret Harbour bakery operations, driving performance, culture, and customer experience. This full-time role requires ownership of reopening and ongoing store performance, with emphasis on leadership, safety, and brand standards.

• Experience as a Store Manager or 2IC in bakery, café, QSR or high‑volume retail.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage rosters.
• Strong focus on customer experience and safety.
• Demonstrated leadership and operation-excellence mindset.
