Banjo’s Bakery Cafes in Huonville is seeking a friendly Sales Manager to lead the Sales Team and oversee daily bakery operations. You’ll deliver fast, friendly service, train staff and ensure high quality foods, drinks and coffees are served with a smile.

We operate 7 days a week with shifts from 5am to 7pm, including weekends and public holidays, offering variety, development opportunities and a supportive work environment for growth-minded leaders.

Qualifications

• Confidence with a positive attitude.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience leading and supporting a team.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
• Leadership/Management qualification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide fast and friendly service.
• Lead by example – inspire staff to achieve more.
• Manage the daily operations of the store.
• Supervise the Sales Team.
• Prepare and serve high quality foods, drinks and coffees.
• Training of new Sales employees.
• Opening and closing of the store.
• Merchandising products.
• Follow Banjo’s WHS practices to keep the team safe.
