Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the team throughout the day
• Helping organise and prioritise daily jobs
• Training and supporting newer team members
• Maintaining standards of customer service, presentation, cleaning and food safety
• Being point of contact when management aren't available
• Jumping in and helping wherever needed - no two days are exactly the same
