Programmed is seeking Bakery production workers for our client’s manufacturing operations in Forrestville. This ongoing casual role offers flexibility in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will operate production equipment, monitor product quality, maintain hygiene standards and support day-to-day bakery operations while working as part of a collaborative team. Various shifts (day/afternoon/night) are available, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transport and current driver’s licence preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Flexibility to work day, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Physical capability for repetitive manual handling tasks.
• Willingness to work across day, afternoon and night shifts.

• Operate and monitor bakery production and packaging equipment.
• Assist with preparation, processing and packaging of bakery products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Follow food safety, GMP and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Complete production documentation and records as required.
• Identify and report equipment or product quality issues.
• Work with team to meet production targets.
