Job summary

Milky Goodness is seeking a hands-on Bakery Production Operator to join our small Western Sydney team. You will be trained across multiple production areas, from dough preparation to operating bakery machinery and packing finished products.

We value reliability, a practical approach, and the ability to learn quickly in a rotating role. Shifts are casual with 2–5 weekdays per week, and there is training and progression within a supportive small-team environment.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to rotating roles across production areas.
• Experience in bakery or food manufacturing is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Weighing and preparing ingredients for production.
• Making cookie dough in commercial batches.
• Operating production machinery and packaging lines.
• Monitoring quality and addressing production issues.
• Recording quantities, waste, and batch information.
• Assisting with cleaning, sanitising and maintaining equipment.
