Job summary

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses – Keilor Park VIC is seeking Process Workers and Machine Operators to join our bakery team. You will produce a wide variety of pies and celebration cakes, operating high-speed processing equipment and handling ingredients with precision.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine operating.
• Great attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Produce a wide variety of baked goods, including pies and celebration cakes, on the production line.
• Safe operation of machinery and production line equipment with full training provided.
• Meet production targets while upholding HACCP quality and safety standards.
• Minimise waste and maintain a clean, organised workstation.
• Manual handling and lifting up to 25kg as required.
