Job summary

Coles Group is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the bakery department, ensuring excellent store presentation and a welcoming environment for customers and staff. You will report to the Store Manager and drive daily operations, stock control, and safety standards.

You will coach and develop your team, maintain quality and cost controls, and strive for outstanding customer experiences across our Coles stores and communities.

Qualifications

• Direct/indirect leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet targets and rostering requirements.
• Maintain department standards including stock, rotation, waste and quality control.
• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bakery department operations reporting to Store Manager.
• Ensure store presentation is exceptional and welcoming for customers and team members.
• Lead, coach and develop bakery team to meet sales, cost and rostering targets.
