Beechworth Bakery Bright is seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to lead our busy team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive daily operations with passion.

You’ll manage a mid-size team, control budgets and wages, recruit and coach staff, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming, high-energy store culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience in a similar role/industry.
• Proven experience leading diverse teams with excellence in customer service.
• Love to use problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, suppliers, and management.
• Ability to maintain a calm and steady influence, especially during busy periods.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Suite.
• Current driver’s license (desirable).

We’re Hiring a Bakery Manager in Bright

Beechworth Bakery is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bakery Manager to lead our amazing Bright team!

The Role

Full-time permanent opportunity with remuneration of $75,000 - $80,000 per annum base salary, to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Support

As an added incentive for this management position, the successful candidate will receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus or $5,000 relocation support, depending on individual circumstances. Physical Requirements

The role requires an average level of physical fitness including standing for extended periods, occasional lifting up to 15kg, frequent bending and reaching, and manual dexterity for handling products and administrative tasks.
