Job summary

ButterBoy is seeking a Wholesale Baker to join our on-site bakery on the Northern Beaches of NSW. You will help produce high-volume baked goods and support daily production targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a high-volume kitchen or bakery, strong baking knowledge, and a detail-oriented, team-focused mindset. NSW Food Safety Supervisor certification is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume bakery/kitchen
• Solid knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Keen eye for detail and consistency
• Team-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Current NSW Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate
