Job summary

LOX IN A BOX is seeking casual Bagel Hands for all locations (Coogee, Bondi, Paddington, Marrickville). You’ll prep, build and plate bagels to spec while keeping pace with a busy crowd.

You’ll help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, support front-of-house during peak periods, and manage stock rotation and mise en place. Applicants should have food handling knowledge, be reliable, and communicate well with the team.

Qualifications

• Food handling and hygiene knowledge.
• Comfortable with high-volume prep and production.
• Consistent with recipe specs and presentation.
• Full Australian working rights, or a valid visa with sufficient work hours available

Responsibilities

• Prepping ingredients and building bagels to spec
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant
• Supporting FOH to keep service moving during rushes
• Managing stock rotation and mise en place
