Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in mining engineering or equivalent.
• Underground hard rock mining experience is preferred.
• Safety-focused with strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Deswick and Venetism is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Optimisation of ore extraction through backfill design.
• Management of the paste fill system.
• Be involved in the design and construction of a major ventilation upgrade.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to implement continuous improvements.
