Job summary

Drummond Golf is seeking a Store Person / Back‑of‑House Assistant (Casual) in Canberra. The role supports behind-the-scenes store operations with deliveries, stock control, invoicing and light workshop tasks.

Approximately 35 hours per week, mostly Monday–Friday with limited weekend work, offering a pathway toward full-time opportunities. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Passion for golf and basic understanding of equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Hard-working and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn and grow into the role.
• Comfortable working mostly weekdays with occasional weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing deliveries
• Checking off custom orders and stock orders
• Stocktaking and inventory control
• Processing invoices, credits and supplier paperwork
• Light workshop tasks
• Supporting the sales team with back‑of‑house operations
