We are seeking a versatile BA/Delivery Lead to join our team, combining Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping and Agile/SDLC coordination to turn ambiguity into actionable plans and professional presentations. You will work directly with leadership and clients to shape initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of delivery management experience.
• Experience in startup or small business environments.
• Experience documenting and eliciting requirements—e.g., running workshops and converting to clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to collaborate with Development and QA to translate business requirements to technical requirements.
• Clear written and spoken English with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
• Strong ability to manage prioritisation while balancing scope and time.

• Lead requirements gathering and shaping, and support organisational transformation.
• Lead technology delivery across business and technology teams.
• Build strong relationships and manage communication with key client accounts.
• Support end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conduct business analysis activities such as requirement elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and solution validation.
• Create clear, solution-focused communication and insights, updates, and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and operations teams.
• Define and track project KPIs and success metrics.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.
• Support UAT and change adoption across stakeholders.

Role Overview

We're seeking a versatile and logical BA/Delivery Lead to join our growing operations. This role combines Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping and Agile/SDLC Coordination. You will be the go-to person who helps identify problems, propose clear solutions, and lead initiatives to success. Our ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments (startups, small teams), is easy to work with, and knows how to turn complexity into clarity. You will work directly with leadership and clients, often taking ambiguous problems and transforming them into actionable plans and professional presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in delivery management roles.
• Proven experience in startup or small business environments.
• Demonstrable Business Analyst experience with an ability to understand business goals and apply problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Demonstrable experience in documenting and eliciting requirements - e.g., running workshops and converting to clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to collaborate with the Development team and the QA function to assist in translating business requirements to technical requirements.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English, with a track record of being able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
• Strong and independent ability to manage prioritisation, while balancing scope and time.

Nice to have

• Experience in delivering through Agile ways of working and SDLC.
• Ability to process map and use platforms such as Figma or Visio.
• Prior experience in technology delivery teams is favourable to have.
