Job summary

Filla Foods on the Gold Coast is seeking a Sales Representative for Filla Meats to drive sales to kebab shops, restaurants, retailers and wholesalers, managing current customers and promoting our products to hit growth targets.

You will visit customers, process orders, respond to queries, and work with production and logistics to ensure smooth delivery, while building lasting relationships and using data to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Strong data‑driven sales approach and ability to interpret sales data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a positive team.
• Must have a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage kebab shops, restaurants, retailers and wholesalers to drive sales.
• Use data to identify potential new customers and develop data driven strategies.
• Visit current and potential customers, set up accounts and process orders as needed.
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email.
• Liaise with production and logistics to ensure smooth orders and delivery.
• Track and report on sales performance and product satisfaction.
