Must hold CASA/NZCAA B1 license with Citation 560/JT15 rating and have 5+ years of certifying experience; Australian work rights and screening required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years certifying experience in line or base maintenance.
• Right to live and work in Australia and ability to pass medical/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and mechanical duties on jet/turboprop engines to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery.
• Conduct annual and progressive inspections and modification work per maintenance manuals.
• Produce clear, accurate written reports and logs for issue and return documents.

Our clientis a leading global aviation manufacturer and support provider, serving operators of Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft worldwide. They are seekinghighly skilled and motivated B1 LicensedEngineers to join our teams in Karratha, and Perth, Western Australia.

The main role of the Engineers is to identify and correct malfunctioning jet, turboprop, and reciprocating multi-engine aircraft mechanical components and systems. Performs annual and progressive inspections as well as modification work on customer aircraft.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of diagnostic and mechanical duties on one or more jet and/or turboprop involving diagnoses of malfunctions and required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems to prepare aircraft mechanically for flight and delivery to customer.
• Requires thorough knowledge of aircraft engines, mechanical systems, and components on all assigned aircraft.
• Requires knowledge of annual and progressive inspection procedures set forth in aircraft maintenance manuals. Performs modification work on aircraft systems and structures.
• Responsible for clear, concise, and accurate written reports in logs, inspection reports and in parts identification for issue and return documents.

Requirements

• Valid CASA/ NZCAA B1 License
• Type rated on a Citation 560 with a JT15 Series
• Minimum 5 years of certifying experience in a line/ base maintenance environment
