Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a skilled .NET/Azure specialist to join a large-scale digital transformation program in Perth. You will design, build, test and deploy scalable .NET solutions, integrating with existing business systems to improve service delivery and data management.

Work within a multidisciplinary Agile team, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure secure, maintainable software. Role requires onsite presence five days a week in Perth CBD.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services: App Services, Functions, SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, build automation, release management, CI/CD.
• Experience with API development and enterprise data integrations.
• Monitoring and APM tools like Application Insights, Grafana.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS, Git.
• Frontend experience with AngularJS or Blazor WebAssembly.
• Experience integrating with business platforms/workflow/financial apps.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and DevOps delivery.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications and industry certifications (ITIL, PRINCE2 advantageous).
• Experience in large, complex or highly regulated environments may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and support enterprise applications using modern .NET technologies and cloud-based platforms.
• Build, maintain and optimise solutions hosted in Microsoft Azure, including web apps, serverless services, databases and secure storage components.
• Develop and support system integrations using APIs, middleware and reporting platforms to enable seamless data exchange across multiple business systems.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and release processes to support efficient software delivery.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability using industry-standard monitoring and observability tools.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce and maintain high quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, deployment procedures and environment configurations.
• Ensure solutions align with security, governance and compliance requirements while following development best practices.
