Job summary

CyberCX is a leading cyber security services provider in Australia, offering cloud and security solutions across the region. The role focuses on owning and supporting customer cloud environments, troubleshooting incidents, and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online.

You will work with Azure-based technologies, manage service requests, and collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain high availability and security standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in IT engineering / operations or similar field.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related discipline desirable.
• Azure AD, Identity Governance, Azure DevOps, DevSecOps, Azure Security Services, Terraform are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online.
• Address and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
• Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability.
• Take ownership of support requests and releases.
• Ensure customers continue to follow the standard process.
• Create monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreements.
• Provision and configure cloud-based resources to manage customer environments.
• Be proactive in customer environments, applying skills and technical brilliance.
• Apply DevOps processes & methodologies as required.

Education

Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related discipline desirable
