Job summary

CyberCX is seeking an IT engineer/operations professional to support customer cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions ensuring critical systems stay online. You will address incidents, manage relationships with customers and vendors, and maintain high availability across environments.

The role emphasizes ownership of requests and releases, adherence to standard processes, and monthly status reporting on service agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS or related field preferred.
• Azure certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year in IT engineering or operations.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Azure DevOps, and Terraform helpful.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Manage and develop relationships with customers and vendors.
• Monitor systems to maintain high availability.
• Take ownership of support requests and releases.
• Ensure adherence to standard processes by customers.
• Create monthly status reports for service agreements.
• Provision and configure cloud-based resources for customers.
• Be proactive and apply DevOps practices as needed.
