Job summary

CyberCX seeks a Team Lead – Microsoft Azure Cloud Security & Solutions to build and mentor an Azure-focused cloud security team while driving operational excellence. You will empower team members, ensuring they have the skills and progression plans to meet customer needs.

You will lead day-to-day Azure security implementations, collaborate with cross-functional CyberCX teams, and drive performance through a strong enterprise mindset and clear goals.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience mentoring or coaching within a cloud environment, preferably Azure-focused.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT and security operations in Microsoft Azure within large or complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovative Azure-based solutions.
• Ability to respond to challenges with agility and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and build a high-performing team specialising in Microsoft Azure to enable learning, development, and capability uplift.
• Provide leadership support for day-to-day workloads with Azure-based solutions and security.
• Ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes by managing Azure-specific implementations and improvements.
• Collaborate across CyberCX teams to maximise value delivered to customers using Azure cloud platforms.
• Create a team culture of empowerment, collaboration, and accountability aligned to shared goals.
