Job summary
Umbrella Club is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to drive a large ERP migration and cloud transformation. You will focus on Azure infrastructure, tenant migrations, and governance, delivering scalable, secure solutions.
Key activities include designing with HLD/DLD, deploying ALZ-aligned infra, and implementing Terraform & Azure DevOps pipelines. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.
Qualifications
- Five+ years in Azure cloud engineering, enterprise or ERP migration focus.
- Strong experience with HLD/DLD, ARB governance, tenant migrations.
- Hybrid/multi-cloud networking across Azure, GCP and on-premises.
- DNS, data transport, transit routing and BGP experience.
Responsibilities
- Translate HLDs into DLDs and present designs to ARB for approval.
- Support Azure tenant-to-tenant migrations for workloads and identities.
- Hypercare and post-go-live troubleshooting to stabilise infra.
- Deploy Azure infra aligned with CAF and ALZ standards.
- Use Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines for infrastructure.
- Manage connectivity: Hub-and-Spoke, ExpressRoute, BGP, Firewall.
- Oversee data transport, routing and DNS across multi-clouds.
- Provision and optimise Azure SQL MI, SQL Server on IaaS, Azure VMs.
