Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Azure Cloud Architect to guide enterprise cloud initiatives across Australia’s major cities—Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane—within a hybrid work model.

You will lead architecture, align cloud strategy with client needs, and mentor delivery teams to ensure successful Azure deployments. • Hands-on design and deployment of Azure IaaS/PaaS.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and Entra/ADDS security.
• Proven experience in Applications Migration and Modernization programs.
• Excellent client relationship skills translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and solution design for client-centric cloud implementations.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor and strategic relationship owner within key accounts.
• Mentor Delivery Consultant teams through complex Azure deployments.

About the Role

Leadership: This role reports to Ginu Raj, Cloud Platform Delivery Lead, based in Brisbane. He is committed to developing technical talent and fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives.

As a Cloud Platform Architect, you will lead technical solutions and mentor delivery teams across strategic client engagements. We will count on you to act as a trusted advisor, shape enterprise cloud strategies, and develop intellectual property that drives innovation across the Asia Pacific region. Along the way, you will get to:

• Lead technical architecture and solution design for client-centric cloud implementations
• Act as the trusted technical advisor and strategic relationship owner within key accounts
• Mentor and guide Delivery Consultant teams through complex Azure deployments
• Develop and share intellectual property across Insight's local and Asia Pacific teams

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and implementing Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Identity and Access Management (Entra/ADDS), and security/networking principles
• Proven expertise in Applications Migration and Modernization programs
• Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Highly Regarded:

• Enterprise Mobility and Security experience (Intune, SCCM, Conditional Access)
• Platform deployments including Containers and Kubernetes
• Modern Azure architectures for data warehousing, applications, and integrations
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
