Job summary

Cleared Recruitment collaborates with Microsoft partners to deliver Azure infrastructure solutions for Defence and Government customers from Canberra. You will design and implement landing zones, manage cloud migrations and help clients adopt secure, scalable cloud environments.

You will lead technical delivery, support architecture reviews and contribute to presales while engaging with Defence and government stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active NV1 security clearance required.
• Azure infrastructure design and delivery experience required.
• Experience in cloud migrations and modernisation projects.
• Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity, governance and security services.
• IaC and cloud automation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing consulting skills.
• Experience working with Defence, Government or regulated environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Azure infrastructure, networking and landing zone solutions.
• Lead cloud migration and modernisation projects across VMware, Windows and Linux environments.
• Implement Azure governance, security and operational best practices.
• Deploy and configure Azure Arc, Entra ID and Defender for Cloud.
• Automate and standardise cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Support solution design workshops, architecture reviews and customer engagements.
• Contribute to presales activities including scope development and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with Defence, Government and enterprise stakeholders to deliver cloud outcomes.
