Job summary

Data#3 is a leading Australian IT services provider delivering Microsoft cloud solutions to Defence and Government customers from its Canberra team. This role focuses on designing and delivering Azure infrastructure and landing zones, leading migrations, and applying governance and security best practices in highly regulated environments.

You will work with experienced consultants and architects to modernise and secure customer environments, leveraging Azure Arc, Entra ID and Defender for Cloud

Qualifications

• NV1 Security Clearance is required.
• Proven background in Cloud Migration and Modernisation Projects.
• Solid understanding of Azure networking, Identity, Governance and Security.
• Experience working within Defence, Government or highly regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Azure infrastructure, networking and landing zone solutions.
• Lead cloud migration projects, including VMware, Windows and Linux workloads.
• Implement Azure governance, security and operational best practices.
• Deploy services including Azure Arc, Entra ID and Defender for Cloud.
• Automate and standardise environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Provide technical leadership and trusted advice to customers and project teams. Support solution design, technical reviews and pre-sales activities.
