Job summary

NTT Data is seeking an experienced AWS Technical Lead to drive enterprise cloud transformation, migration and remediation programs in Sydney. The role is hands-on yet leadership-focused, guiding cloud engineers, architects, security teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable AWS solutions.

You will shape technical direction, lead engineering teams, and ensure successful delivery across multiple cloud initiatives with a 6-month initial contract and hybrid work in the Sydney CBD.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AWS engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Experience with CloudFormation, automation and scripting (Python or Bash).
• Strong AWS networking expertise including VPCs, routing, segmentation and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong AWS security and governance experience.
• Experience working within enterprise AWS environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands on technically.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex cloud, infrastructure, networking and security issues.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes across cloud projects.
• Support stakeholders with trusted technical advice and practical recommendations.
