Job summary

Fr Consultancy in Ultimo, Sydney seeks a hands-on DevOps Engineer to strengthen build, release, and runtime processes across AWS-based platforms. You will design, implement, and operate Kubernetes components and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale platform engineering, preferably with AWS technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architecture, and networking.
• Proficiency in DevOps, platform engineering, and SRE practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage Kubernetes-based platform components on AWS.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Implement observability, security, platform reliability, and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to streamline delivery.
• Implement automations to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
• Participate in DevSecOps practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform engineering processes.
• Provide support and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.
