Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing technology and integration delivery team in Sydney. This hands-on role focuses on supporting CI/CD pipelines, deployment execution, environment management, automation, and production operations across critical enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience automating deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CI/CD practices.
• Experience with production operations and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Support CI/CD pipelines across non-production and production environments.
• Execute, validate, and troubleshoot application and integration deployments, including controlled manual implementation steps.
• Maintain integration connectivity, environment stability, and platform health through proactive monitoring and support.
• Provide L3 production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and operational problem management.
• Support release management, change management, disaster recovery (DR), and environment lifecycle activities.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, credential management, audit requirements, and segregation of duties controls.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions, runbooks, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, stakeholders, and support teams to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes.
