Job summary

Wynstan is seeking an installer to join our team in New South Wales. You will be responsible for installing our blinds, doors, shutters and awnings on-site at residential homes, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

This role offers paid training and progression, with earnings based on effort and skill. You will work independently on-site, manage your schedule, and interact with clients to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Awning installation background required, preferably Folding Arms and Zip.
• Builder experience preferred but not essential.
• Sharp eye for detail and passion for accuracy.
• Strong customer service mindset – talking to clients and solving problems as part of the role.
• Valid driver’s license and van requested (van needed but not immediate).
• Fit and able to lift product and equipment, and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Installing: install a range of products with precision and care.
• Customer Service: interact with clients and provide reliable service.
• Problem Solving: use trade experience to handle tricky installs.
• Working Independently: travel to sites and complete jobs with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For:
