Job summary

Wynstan is seeking skilled installers to fit blinds, doors, shutters and awnings for residential homes across NSW and Victoria. You’ll work on varied projects, from measuring to precise installation, with paid training and strong pay based on effort.

You’ll manage schedules, talk to clients, and drive to sites with your own van and valid license. Enjoy independence on the job while being supported by a team; no two days are the same.

Qualifications

• Active ABN or be registered as a Pty Ltd company.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality workmanship.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving.
• Ability to lift and handle tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installing products with precision in residential homes.
• Deal with clients, answer questions, and provide solid service.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure smooth processes.
• Manage your day, drive between sites, and work independently.
