Job summary

Randstad Australia is partnering with a nationally award-winning D&C Head Contractor in Sydney, entering a high-growth phase. You will lead Tier 1–3 commercial projects up to $20M, reporting to the Managing Director, directing an onsite team including Site Managers and Contract Administrators, and delivering premium finishes across Aged Care, Health and Government sectors.

• Proven Experience: track record of managing Head Contractor commercial projects within Australia.
• Adaptability: ability to handle multiple tasks in a live, high-pressure environment.
• Professionalism: excellent communication and rapport with subcontractors and clients.
• Technical Literacy: strong planning, organisational, and budget-reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: manage projects from $400k to $20M on time and on budget.
• Stakeholder Management: primary contact for subcontractors, authorities, and clients.
• Project Governance: oversee site setup, budget monitoring, reporting, and handover.
• Compliance: ensure 100% adherence to onsite regulations and safety standards.
