Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc is seeking an Avionics Hardware Design Engineer to support the design, development, and validation of advanced hardware systems in a highly regulated engineering environment, with a strong emphasis on RF-focused hardware applications.

You will contribute to the development of avionics hardware that must perform reliably under demanding technical and environmental conditions, including RF and microwave design, verification planning, and compliance-oriented testing.

Qualifications

• 5-12 years of hardware design and development experience.
• Hands-on RF/microwave design and testing experience.
• Experience with EMI/EMC testing and environmental qualification.
• Proficiency with SPICE tools and ECAD/PCB design.
• Background in aerospace/industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of GNSS signal structure and receiver processing.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop avionics hardware.
• Perform RF and microwave design and testing.
• Create hardware requirements, specifications, and test plans.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware during development.
• Conduct EMI/EMC, qualification, and environmental testing.
• Use SPICE, ECAD/PCB tools, and MATLAB for development.
