Job summary

WSP is seeking an Aviation Planning Lead to establish and execute a national growth strategy for its Aviation Planning practice across Australia. The role involves driving growth, client engagement and high-quality project delivery.

You will lead capability development, build a connected team across disciplines, and secure strategic opportunities with airport operators, regulators and government agencies to deliver integrated aviation planning solutions.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in aviation planning, strategy, transport infrastructure or consulting.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and large-scale aviation projects.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence executive-level clients.
Experience building growth strategies and trusted relationships with airport operators and regulators.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the national Aviation Planning growth strategy.
Identify and secure strategic opportunities across airport, government and private sector clients.
Lead capability development and recruitment of aviation planning talent.
Drive technical excellence and innovation in aviation planning services.
