Qualifications

• Enrolled in or nearing completion of a Certificate IV in Aeroskills.
• Australian Citizen.
• Holder of a current driver’s licence.
• Driven, eager to learn, and committed to a long-term career in Defence aviation.
• Able to complete the BKSB Assessment as part of the recruitment process.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the MRO team with maintenance, modifications, servicing, and inspections.
• Learning to perform fault-finding on complex aircraft systems under expert supervision.
• Developing skills in compliance within DASR Part 145 MOE regulations.
• Gaining hands-on experience with meticulous documentation and QA procedures.
• Learning to operate within a high-standard Environmental Health & Safety culture.
