Job summary

Airside GSE is recruiting a qualified Heavy Commercial Vehicle mechanic to service a diverse fleet of equipment. The role offers exposure to both workshop and in-aircraft maintenance, with opportunities to work on a wide range of gear for global brands.

Applicants should have 3+ years of hands-on experience, a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology, an HR license, and a current Police check. Forklift and safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification: Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
• 3+ years experience in heavy vehicle mechanical field.
• Current HR license and experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn on new equipment
• Current Police check
• Forklift, Working at heights, Whitecard

Responsibilities

• Switching between the workshop and aircraft servicing environments.
• Service a huge range of equipment for major brands.
• Support capacity growth for new service partnerships and scheduled maintenance.
