Superior People Recruitment is seeking a Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Heavy Duty Mechanic to support airport operations, ensuring GSE assets are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll work with the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator and Airport Managers to plan and execute maintenance, diagnose faults, and minimise downtime.

You will perform routine maintenance, inspect assets, and follow safety protocols, while contributing to records, spare parts inventory, and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

Proven experience in heavy vehicle or fleet maintenance.
Solid electrical expertise and fault diagnosis ability.
Strong knowledge of wiring, circuits and control systems.
Trade qualification in mechanics, automotive or plant trades.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on GSE fleet.
Repair and diagnose issues to minimise downtime.
Maintain accuracy of maintenance records and logs.
Collaborate with Fleet Maintenance Coordinator and Airport Managers.
