This role supports compliance, continuous improvement, and safety/quality across AMOs and both helicopter and fixed-wing operations.
Reporting to the Engineering Quality and Safety Manager, you will perform audits, investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory engagement, applying a strong maintenance/engineering background.

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Engineering Safety and Quality Specialist to join our growing Engineering team. This newly created role has been established to support the continued expansion of our Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisations (AMOs), including Helicopter and Fixed Wing operations across Australia. Ideally this role will be based in Brisbane or Bankstown but could be any Toll Aviation Site across Australia.
Reporting to the Engineering Quality and Safety Manager, you will work closely with our Engineering, Safety and Operational stakeholders to support compliance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain the highest standards of aviation safety and quality across the business. This hands‑on role is ideally suited to an aviation professional with a strong maintenance or engineering background who is looking to apply their technical expertise across safety, quality, compliance and operational improvement activities.
