Job summary

Textron Aviation Australia is seeking a Customer Service Manager for the Jandakot Service Centre in Perth. You will be the main customer contact, coordinating aircraft issues, approvals, and service delivery with the maintenance team.

The role requires excellent communication, strong customer relationships, and a background in aircraft maintenance. A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related field is preferred, with several years of experience in maintenance or service environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related field, or equivalent.
• 4 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interpersonal savvy with ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate all aircraft issues with the customer.
• Meet customer on arrival; review work scope and assign squawks as required.
• Define communication and discrepancy approval process with the customer.
• Provide schedule updates and communicate changes to maintenance leadership.
• Upsell maintenance, parts, warranty, and other programs where appropriate.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to peers and oversee customer disputes.
