Job summary

Alder Construction seeks an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join the Planning & Infrastructure team at Launceston Airport in Tasmania. This role focuses on coordinating a diverse portfolio of minor capital works within a live airport environment, working with tenants, contractors, regulators and operations staff.

Key responsibilities include delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to industry standards, plus managing contractor onboarding, permits and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple construction projects from initiation through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management with contractors, regulators and tenants.
• Ability to prepare and maintain project reports, schedules and procurement records.

Responsibilities

• Manage Launceston Airport minor capital works program, delivering safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, tenants and third parties, meeting airport requirements and safety standards.
• Support managers with reporting, procurement tasks, contractor onboarding and permits.
